The Forum attracts a large number of  observers, including representatives of States, indigenous organizations and experts.
The key proposal which the High Commissioner had presented in her statement, the text of  which had been distributed to the Committee at the beginning of  the session(an in-session document issued without a symbol, in English only), concerned the creation of  a unified,standing treaty body comprising around 100 members, including representatives of States parties, to replace the seven existing human rights treaty bodies.
To invite participants, including representatives of States, indigenous peoples and United Nations agencies, to submit written reports under this topic;
Numerous meetings, both formal and informal,have also taken place with those interested in the work of  the Court, including representatives of States, international organizations, NGOs, universities and other institutions.
He thanked all parties involved in the initiative, including representatives of States, civil society, the Committee on the Rights of  the Child, and in particular the Chairperson of  the Working Group on the Optional Protocol, who had successfully led the negotiations.
Notwithstanding all the above,the more modest aim of  this working paper is to provide a framework to facilitate an in-depth debate among members of  the Sub-Commission in which observers at the session, including representatives of States and non-governmental organizations(NGOs), can participate.
The event was attended by more than 250 participants, including representatives of States, child rights and migration rights civil society actors, and child representatives. .
In accordance with host country agreements with international organizations, such Member States  are obliged to facilitate the entry into their territory, andto place no impediment in the way of  the departure from it, of  persons, including representatives of States members of  the international organizations that they are hosting.
The conference is expected to attract approximately 1,000 delegates, including representatives of States parties to the Convention,representatives of  international organizations and civil society organizations.
As with the first annual Forum, the second Forum will be a multi-stakeholder platform, aimed at fostering the exchange of  experiences andviews of  relevant stakeholder groups, including representatives of States, business, civil society, affected stakeholders and international institutions, as well as experts.
The conference was attended by some 400 participants, including representatives of States and international organizations, practitioners, academics and members of  civil society from all over the world.
Everything must now be done for the full implementation of  the resolution we have just adopted. We must support the efforts being undertaken by Ukraine- in coordination with the International Civil Aviation Organization andinternational experts, including representatives of States that have lost nationals on board the aircraft- to institute an international investigation into the downing of  Flight M H -17.
The days of  general discussion will be open to the public, including representatives of States parties, United Nations agencies, NGOs, national human rights institutions, professional associations, academia, youth and other interested parties.
To organize, within existing resources, in Geneva before June 2011, a two-day consultation on the progress report on the draft guiding principles with the independent expert andrelevant stakeholders, including representatives of States, development and human rights practitioners and organizations at the local, national, regional and international levels;

As in the case of  the two previous annual Forums, the third Forum will be a multi-stakeholder platform, aimed at fostering the exchange of  experiences andviews of  relevant stakeholder groups, including representatives of States, business, civil society, affected stakeholders and international institutions, as well as experts and human rights defenders working in the area of  promoting corporate responsibility.
Invites the independent expert andrelevant stakeholders, including representatives of States, development and human rights practitioners and organizations at the local, national, regional and international levels, to participate in the twoday consultation on the progress report on the draft guiding principles that the High Commissioner will organize, within existing resources, in Geneva before June 2011;
It will seek to foster the exchange of  experiences andviews of  relevant stakeholder groups, including representatives of States, business, civil society, affected stakeholders, international institutions and experts.
It brought together more than 300 participants, including representatives of States Members of  the United Nations, United Nations officials, scholars, representatives of  nongovernmental organizations(NGOs), community leaders and youth between the ages of  14 and 24, who examined the national and international legal impact of  the preservation of  mother languages, using the Armenian and Lebanese diasporas as examples.
The independent eminent experts had a detailed exchange of  views with a variety of  stakeholders, including representatives of States, United Nations bodies and agencies and representatives of  civil society and worked closely with the Acting High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Japan has sponsored the United Nations Conferences on Disarmament Issues in different cities in Japan since 1989,at which distinguished disarmament experts, including representatives of States, local Governments, the United Nations and other intergovernmental organizations, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations and other civil society organizations from around the world engage in useful discussions;
Invites the Special Rapporteur andrelevant stakeholders, including representatives of States, development and human rights practitioners and organizations at the local, national, regional and international levels, as well as people living in conditions of  extreme poverty, to participate in the two-day consultation on the progress report on the draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights that the Office of  the High Commissioner will organize, within existing resources, in Geneva on 22 and 23 June 2011;
Recognizes the efforts under way by Ukraine, working in coordination with ICAO andother international experts and organizations, including representatives of States of  Occurrence, Registry, Operator, Design and Manufacture, as well as States  who have lost nationals on MH17, to institute an international investigation of  the incident, and calls on all States  to provide any requested assistance to civil and criminal investigations related to this incident;
Participants in the consultation included representatives of States, parliamentarians, civil society organizations and academics.
The members of  these commissions include representatives of State and public organizations governors(marzpets), representatives of  local authorities and presidents of  local NGOs.
The Group of  Experts, which included representatives of States and representatives  from intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations, including  scientists and policy makers, produced document A/AC.271/WP.1, presented to the International Workshop on the global assessment for consideration and review.
National legislation had subsequently been adopted, inter alia setting out a national action plan to combat trafficking, andan interdepartmental commission had been established, including representatives of State bodies, NGOs, civil society and the media.
Participants in the session included: representatives of States, United Nations bodies and specialized agencies, nongovernmental organizations, academics and a large number of  indigenous peoples.
Those monitors included representatives of States, organizations and institutes concerned with democracy and the protection of  human rights and freedoms, side by side with journalists and correspondents from Arab and non-Arab news agencies.
