The SBI further invited the GEF to report on the issues mentioned in paragraphs 96- 108 above to the COP.

The SBSTA, at the same session, requested the secretariat to invite relevant research programmes andorganizations to consider the issues mentioned in paragraph 22 above in  an informal discussion during SBSTA 28.
The SBI[and the SBSTA] acknowledged related discussions under other UNFCCC bodies such as the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention and the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol, and encouraged Parties to ensure coordination of activities and information across the bodies in  order to ensure a coherent andconsistent approach to better address the issues mentioned in paragraph 2 above.
Acknowledging that understanding of potential consequences should be enhanced,the AWG-KP noted that Parties will continue discussing the issues mentioned in paragraphs- above at the workshop referred to in  its work programme for 2009 as mentioned in paragraph  b.
In its letter of 9 January 1995, URNG proposed that the parties should turn into agreements and sign the three consensus documents already prepared for the parties' consideration by the Assembly of Civil Society on the three issues mentioned in paragraph 2 above.
