Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention.
Requests the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention to take account of the comments receivedand recommended solutions when considering relevant items under the agenda for its second session;

Establishment of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention: report of the contact group on ship dismantling on its sessions of 26- 28 April 2004.
Encourages Parties to be mindful of the recommendations, in particular those on interim measures, of the third session of the Joint Working Group on Ship Scrapping of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention.
Agrees to the terms of reference of the joint working group of International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention, as formulated in paragraph 9 of the report of the joint meeting;
Requests the Secretariat to report to the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting on progress, including the possibility of a first meeting of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention.
