CHAPTER V. PROCEDURES FOR ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PROCUREMENT 2011 chapters IV to VII.

Promote smallscale alternative care in institutions and establish standard procedures for the quality of the care provided in institutions,including establishing standards and procedures for alternative care, including with regard to the domains of health, education and safety, and in accordance with the principles and provisions of the Convention; and.
Initiate a work programme to consider and, as appropriate, develop and recommend modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding a draft decision to the CMP at its ninth session;

Further requests the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice to initiate a work programme to consider and, as appropriate, develop andrecommend modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the clean development mechanism, with a view to forwarding a draft decision on this matter to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol for adoption at its[seventh] session;
The SBSTA agreed to continue, at SBSTA 40, its consideration of issues relating to modalities and procedures for possible additional LULUCF activities under the clean development mechanism(CDM)and modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding a draft decision on such matters for consideration and adoption at CMP 10 December 2014.
