WCADP urged Angola to ratify this instrument.
The Office for Discussion at the Informal Tripartite Meeting at the Ministerial Level on 12 June 1996(the Office)has appealed to those member States that have not done so to ratify this instrument.
It was the first country to ratify this instrument on 21 June 1993.
