Use of nuclear materials.
Andorra does not conduct any activity involving uranium mining or the production or use of nuclear materials and technology.

Russia has consistently advocated the strengthening of theIAEA safeguards system and the universalization of the Additional Protocol, which would allow the Agency to monitor the use of nuclear materials and equipment for strictly peaceful purposes and would ensure transparency in national nuclear programmes.
