Any aid awarded under such a scheme fulfils all the conditions of this Regulation;
Where the conditions of this Regulation are not fulfilled, the Commission will examine such pending notifications under the Community guidelines for State aid in the agriculture sector.

Where EU Member States are not satisfied that the conditions of this Regulation are met, they must prohibit an aircraft from taking off until the air carrier or aircraft operator concerned has produced evidence of adequate insurance cover.
Such records shall contain all information necessary to demonstrate that the conditions of this Regulation have been respected.
Where Member States are not satisfied that the conditions of this Regulation are met, they shall not allow an aircraft to take off, before the air carrier or aircraft operator concerned has produced evidence of adequate insurance cover in accordance with this Regulation. .
At the end of the period of validity of this Regulation, any de minimis aid which fulfils the conditions of this Regulation may be validly implemented for a further period of six months.
Such feed businesses shall submit to the competent authority a declaration, in a form decided upon by the competent authority,to the effect that the feeds placed on the market by them comply with the conditions of this Regulation.
At the end of the period of validity of this Regulation, any de minimis aid scheme which fulfils the conditions of this Regulation shall remain covered by this Regulation for a further period of 6 months.
(25) Identification documents accompanying pet animals of the species listed in Part A of Annex I which are moved for non-commercial purposes into Member States are necessary to attest compliance with the conditions of this Regulation.
On written request, the Member State concerned shall provide the Commission, within a period of 20 working days or such longer period as may be fixed in the request,with all the information that the Commission considers necessary for assessing whether the conditions of this Regulation have been complied with, and in particular the total amount of de minimis aid within the meaning of this Regulation and of other de minimis regulations received by any undertaking.
The competent authorities shall take account of the systems already existing for the collection of data and request the notifier orthe applicant to provide only additional information which guarantees compliance with the conditions of this Regulation.

Aid granted under the schemes referred to in paragraph 2 shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3)of the Treaty provided that the aid granted directly fulfils all the conditions of this Regulation.
When the treatment is based on consent in accordance with Directive 95/46/ EC,it is not necessary for the interested party to give his or her consent again if the form in which the consent was given conforms to the conditions of this Regulation, in order that the person in charge can continue this treatment after the date of application of this Regulation. .
Ad hoc aid which is only used to supplement aid granted on the basis of transparent regional investment aid schemes and which does not exceed 50% of the total aid to be granted for the investment, shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3)of the Treaty provided that the ad hoc aid awarded directly fulfils all the conditions of this Regulation.
