(a) a document which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument, and the authenticity of which.
Appeals must be lodged within twenty days before the Court of First Instance which handed down the contested decision,before which the appeal is formally drawn up;
Authentic instrument' means a document in a matter of succession which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument in a Member State and the authenticity of which.
Member State of origin' means the Member State in which, as the case may be, the judgment has been given, the court settlement has been approved or concluded, orthe authentic instrument has been formally drawn up or registered;
It applies only to legal proceedings instituted and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after its entry into force.
A document which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument and is enforceable in one Member State shall, in another Member State, be declared enforceable there, on application made in accordance with the procedures provided for in Articles 38, et seq.
They shall continue to have effect in respect of judgments given and documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments before the entry into force of this Convention.
A document which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument and is enforceable in one Contracting State shall, in another Contracting State, have an order for its enforcement issued there, on application made in accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 31 et seq.
This Regulation shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after the entry into force thereof.
A document which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument and is enforceable in one State bound by this Convention shall, in another State bound by this Convention, be declared enforceable there, on application made in accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 38, et seq.
This Agreement shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after the entry into force thereof.

Authentic instruments- documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments, and the authenticity of which:(1) relates to the signature and the content of the instrument; and(2) has been established by a public authority or other authority empowered for that purpose by the Member State in which it originates;
Authentic instrument' means a document in a matter of a matrimonial property regime which has been formally drawn up or registered as an authentic instrument in a Member State and the authenticity of which.
Legal proceedings instituted and documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments before the date of termination of the Agreement as set out in paragraph 7 are not affected hereby.
This Regulation shall apply only to judgments given, to court settlements approved orconcluded and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after the entry into force of this Regulation.
Legal proceedings instituted and documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments before the date of termination of the Agreement as set out in paragraph 5 are not affected hereby.
Under Article 66(1) of the latter regulation,it‘shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted, to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded on or after 10 January 2015'.
The provisions of this Convention shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after its entry into force in the State of origin and, where recognition or enforcement of a judgment or authentic instrument is sought, in the State addressed.
As regards, specifically, Regulation No 1215/2012, it should be noted that,in accordance with Article 66(1), that regulation is to apply only to legal proceedings instituted, to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded on or after 10 January 2015.

The Brussels I Regulation will continue to apply for a transitional period; Pursuant to Article 66.2 Brussels I bis Regulation,“… Regulation(EC) No 44/2001 shall continue to apply to judgments given in legal proceedings instituted,to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded before 10 January 2015 which fall within the scope of that Regulation”.
This Regulation shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted, to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded on or after 29 January 2019 subject to paragraphs 2 and 3.
This new Regulation applies onlyto legal proceedings instituted, to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded on or after 10 January 2015.
Regulation(EC) No 44/2001 continues to apply to judgments given in legal proceedings instituted,to authentic instruments formally drawn up or registered and to court settlements approved or concluded before 10 January 2015 which fall within the scope of that Regulation.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply only to legal proceedings instituted,to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments and to agreements concluded between the parties after its date of application in accordance with Article 72.
Judicial decisions handed down in proceedings initiated before 10 January 2015,as well as other instruments formally drawn up or registered, approved or concluded before 10 January 2015, within the scope of Regulation(EC) no 1215/2012 shall be recognised and enforced in the previous row.
