It is appropriate to extend the prohibition in relation to certain financial instruments.
As the varnishes and coatings applied to materials and articles do not have specificcharacteristics that would require the establishment of different or more specific provisions, it is appropriate to extend the application of the rules laid down in Regulation(EU) No 10/2011 to the verification of compliance of varnishes and coatings applied to materials and articles with the established restrictions.

(3) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Regulation(EC) No 1655/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 July 1999 amending Regulation(EC) No 2236/1995 laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks[3].
(6) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Regulation(EC) No 1159/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2005 amending Council Regulation(EC) No 2236/95 laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks[7].
(2) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 791/2004/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 21 April 2004 establishing a Community action programme to promote bodies active at European level and support specific activities in the field of education and training[2].
(2) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 1776/2005/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 September 2005 amending Council Decision 2000/819/EC on a multiannual programme for enterprise and entrepreneurship, and in particular for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)(2001 to 2005)[2].
(2) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 2256/2003/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 November 2003 adopting a multiannual programme(2003 to 2005) for the monitoring of the eEurope 2005 action plan, dissemination of good practices and the improvement of network and information security(Modinis)[2].
(3) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 2046/2002/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2002 amending Decision No 1719/1999/EC on a series of guidelines, including the identification of projects of common interest, for trans-European networks for the electronic interchange of data between administrations(IDA)(3).
It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 2113/2005/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 amending Decision No 2256/2003/EC with a view to extension of the programme in 2006 for the dissemination of good practices and monitoring of the take-up of information and communication technologies(ITCs)(2).
(2) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 2045/2002/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2002 amending Decision No 1720/1999/EC adopting a series of actions and measures in order to ensure interoperability of and access to trans-European networks for the electronic interchange of data between administrations(IDA)(2).
(3) It is appropriate to extend the cooperation of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement to include Decision No 1554/2005/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 amending Council Decision 2001/51/EC establishing a programme relating to the Community framework strategy on gender equality and Decision No 848/2004/EC establishing a Community action programme to promote organisations active at European level in the field of equality between men and women[4].
