The measures provided for in this Regulation should not preclude the operation of other incentives or rewards.
The Commission shall only impose fines and periodic penalty payments pursuant to paragraph 1 when other measures provided for in this Regulation and in  the delegated and implementing acts adopted on the basis thereof to address such infringements are inadequate or disproportionate.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Air Safety Committee.
The Commission's annual report on the implementation of the Deep andComprehensive Free Trade Area shall include a detailed assessment of the implementation of the autonomous trade measures provided for in this Regulation and shall include, insofar as appropriate, an assessment of the social impact of those measures in  Ukraine and in  the Union.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Toy Safety Committee.

To provide  legal certaintyas soon as possible, it is duly justified on imperative grounds of urgency related to the availability of the relevant risk-free interest rate term structure that measures provided for in this Regulation be adopted in  accordance with Article 8, in  conjunction with Article 4, of Regulation(EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).
Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinions of the relevant management committees.
Accordingly, they should be permitted to apply the preventive health measures provided for in this Regulation from 1 January 2012, when the transitional measure provided for in  Article 16 of Regulation(EC) No 998/2003 expires.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the regulatory Committee on organic production.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Wood Committee established by Decision 2012/105/EU.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are adopted in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee set up by Article 19(1) of Directive 2014/45/EU.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee on statistics relating to the trading of goods with non-member countries.
Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee on the statistics relating to the trading of goods between Member States.
Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee referred to in  Article 14 of Regulation(EEC) No 2092/91.
The repeal of the measures provided for in this Regulation is in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 15(1) of the basic Regulation, .
The measures provided for in this Regulation, except for  Article 21, shall constitute intervention intended to stabilise the agricultural markets within the meaning of Article 2(2) of Regulation(EC) No 1258/1999(21).
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Committee established pursuant to Article 51 of Directive 2009/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(4).
(40) Where the measures provided for in this Regulation entail the processing of personal data, that processing should be carried out in  accordance with Union law on the protection of personal data.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the Coordination Committee for  the European Structural and Investment Funds established by Article 150(1) of Regulation(EU) No 1303/2013.

The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with consultations with Norway pursuant to the provisions of the Agreed Record of conclusions of fisheries consultations between the European Commission and Norway of 10 December 2008.
Complementary to the measures provided for in this Regulation, the setting of maximum levels for  acrylamide in  certain foods should be considered in  accordance with Regulation(EEC) No 315/93 following the entry into force of this Regulation. .
(4) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in  accordance with the opinion of the joint meeting of the Management Committees on Milk and Milk Products and on horizontal matters relating to trade in  processed agricultural products not covered by Annex I.
When implementing the measures provided for in this Regulation, the Competent Authority shall establish the roles and responsibilities of the different actors involved in  such a way as to ensure that a three-level approach is respected which involves first the relevant natural gas undertakings and industry, then Member States at national or regional level, and then the Union.
