Planned Expenditure per Measure in the RDP 2014-2020(million€).
The current 2008 to 2012 programme6 has planned expenditure of 274 million euro.
The planned expenditure for 2007- 13 is€ 413.1 billion, 42.3% of the total.

Observations 39 67 Since spending has just started for the 2014-2020 period, we analysed the quantitative andqualitative improvements by auditing the design of measures in the spending programmes as well as planned expenditure, and not actual expenditure at project level.
The Court's evidence collection con- sisted of a follow- up of previous audit findings7, a questionnaire addressed to the managers of all the EU's 88 RDPs anda desk review of the key proce- dures applied in the 15 RDPs with the greatest planned expenditure on the measures within the scope of this audit(see Annex II).
