They discussed current bilateral topics, focusing on the promotion of bilateral relations, in light of the upcoming visit to Moscow by the Serbian Government delegation.The Serbian Foreign Minister also discussed with Ambassador Chepurin issues that will be relevant to Serbia's OSCE Chairmanship in the period ahead.
Ambassador Chepurin stressed that the economic relations of the two countries have been developing very positively in the last couple of years, but that there is still much space and potential for cooperation.
Moreover, the Serbian Foreign Minister acquainted Ambassador Chepurin with the RS Government's stance with regard to the draft resolution on Srebrenica submitted to the United Nations Security Council.

Ambassador Chepurin and Council President Nikolić also discussed Mr. Nikolić's forthcoming meeting with Dmitry Rogozin, one of the Co-Chairs of the Serbia-Russia Intergovernmental Committee.
Ambassador Chepurin thanked the President Vucic for a high level of bilateral relations and said that the visit of President Putin is an expression of the desire of Moscow to deepen cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Chepurin congratulated on the outcome of the voting at the Interpol's General Assembly, stressing that this was a great success for Serbian diplomacy and the Ministries of Foreign and Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
Ambassador Chepurin expressed his satisfaction with the continuity of the dialogue, cooperation and exchange of visits at the highest level, reminding also of the recent very successful visit of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to Russia.
