Године, подзаконски акт који захтева од жена у Паризу, Француска, да траже дозволу од градских власти пре него што се„ обуку као мушкарци“, укључујући ношење панталона( са изузецима за оне који„ држе управљач бицикла или узде коња“) проглашен је званично опозваним од стране Француске министарке за женска права, Најат Вало-Белкасем.[ 1] Уредба је првобитно имала за циљ да спречи жене да носе панталоне које су биле у моди код париских побуњеника током Француске револуције.[ 1].

Furthermore, the concept,under which different levels of government may pass a bylaw regulating in more detail the procedure of allocating the funds, is not a good solution, since it may result in legal uncertainty and uneven practice in the enforcement of the Law at different levels of government.

Takođe, rešenje darazličiti nivoi vlasti donose podzakonski akt kojim bliže uređuju postupak dodele sredstava nije dobro jer može dovesti do pravne nesigurnosti i neujednačene prakse u primeni zakona u odnosu na različite nivoe vlasti.
