Надлежни орган доставља решење о грађевинској дозволи инспекцији која врши надзор над изградњом објеката, а ако је решење издало министарство, односно аутономна покрајина,решење се доставља јединици локалне самоуправе на чијој територији се гради објекат, ради информисања.The local government units, whose seat is situated in the settlement that has more than 30,000 inhabitants, shall adopt, within a term of three months from the day of entry into force of this Act, a decision on harmonization of the general plan with the provisions of this Act which relate to the general urban plan, and a decision on the preparation of general zoning plans in accordance with this Act, for the whole construction area of the settlement.
Јединице локалне самоуправе, чије седиште насељеног места има више од 30. 000 становника, донеће у року од три месеца од дана ступања на снагу овог закона, одлуку о усклађивању генералног плана са одредбама овог закона које се односе на генерални урбанистички план и одлуку о изради планова генералне регулације у складу са овим законом, на целом грађевинском подручју насељеног места.The spatial plan of the municipality, which has been adopted prior to the day of entry into force of this Act,shall be harmonized with the provisions of this Act within a term of 18 months from the day of entry into force of this Act, and the local government unit shall adopt a decision on harmonization of the spatial plan with the provisions of this Act within a term of three months from the day of entry into force of this Act.
Просторни план општине, који је донет до данаступања на снагу овог закона ускладиће се са одредбама овог закона, у року од 18 месеци од дана ступања на снагу овог закона, а одлуку о усклађивању просторног плана са одредбама овог закона јединица локалне самоуправе донеће у у року од три месеца од дана ступања на снагу овог закона.This Ministry supports civil society organisations/local government units in implementing projects aimed at enhancing youth employability and improving the conditions for their employment- a liaison between these two institutions would offer the NES an opportunity to become involved in the project participant selection process, thus enabling a larger number of its hard-to-employ young clients to participate in measures to promote their employment, even when no funds are available for active measures.
Ovo ministarstvo podržava organizacije civilnog društva/ jedinice lokalne samouprave u sprovođenju projekata čiji je cilj unapređenje zapošljivosti i uslova za zapošljavanje mladih- povezivanjem dve navedene institucije NSZ bi dobila mogućnost da se uključi u proces selekcije učesnika ovih projekata i tako omogući većem broju svojih teže zapošljivih mladih klijenata da učestvuju u merama kojima se podstiče njihovo zapošljavanje, čak i onda kada sredstva za aktivne mere nisu raspoloživa.
