The Public Procurement Portal.
This follows from the materials published on the public procurement portal.
The public procurement portal was upgraded and the Common Procurement Vocabulary was adopted.
The list of contracting authorities under paragraph 1 of this Article is published in the"Official Herald of the Republic of Serbia" and on the Public Procurement Portal.
Published on Public Procurement Portal and procuring entity website on 30.01.2015, remains unchanged.
The form of the public procurement plan, as well as the manner of publication on the Public Procurement Portal, is regulated in more detail by the Public Procurement Office.
A new public procurement portal will be implemented in Serbia from July 1, 2020, which will enable electronic public procurement procedures.
The Contracting Authority will respond to the inquiry andpublish the amendments and supplements to the Tender Documents on the Public Procurement Portal and its website, link: Tenders.
Public Procurement Portal is improved by introducing new features to further enhance the transparency of public procurement procedures and advance public participation in monitoring budget spending.
This means that the communication andexchange of data in public procurement procedures, including the submission of bids, will be carried out electronically, through the Public Procurement Portal.
Tender submission deadline is 40 days from the date of publication of the Invitation to tender on the Public Procurement Portal, by 12:00 a.m. on the last date for submission, i.e. by 26.04.2016.
This means that the communication andexchange of data in public procurement procedures, including the submission of bids, will be carried out electronically, through the Public Procurement Portal.
Ordering party publishes a notice on the filed request for protection of rights on the Public Procurement Portal, and on its website no later than two days from the date of receipt of request for protection of rights, which contains information from Annex 3Lj.
The decision on recognizing qualification contains reasons which elaborate why reason other applications were rejected, andthe contracting authority publishes it on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page.
(ii) 15(fifteen) days upon announcement of results of the Concession Procedure i.e. publishing at the website of the City and the Public Procurement Portal of decision on selection of the most favourable bid or decision on cancellation of Concession Procedure, in case that protection of rights refers to either of the decisions of the City.
During the period of validity of the list of candidates, the contracting authority invites all candidates from the list to submit a bid andat the same time publishes the invitation on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page.
On the filed request for the protection of the rights the procuring entity shall inform all participants in the public procurement procedure,i.e. publish a notice on the filed request on the Public Procurement Portal, no later than 2 days after the receipt of the request.
Within three(3) days upon receiving the request for information and clarifications on the tender documentation,the Procuring Entity shall publish such information and clarifications on the public procurement portal and its website.
The Procuring Entity shall inform all the participants in the public procurement procedure on the submitted request for the protection of rights,i.e. publish the announcement on the submitted request on the Public procurement portal, no later than 2 days after the reception of the request.
Within three(3) days upon receiving the request for information and clarifications on the tender documentation, the Procuring Entity shall supply such information and explanations in writing andshall publish such information and clarifications on the public procurement portal and its website.
On the request for the protection of the procuring entity shall inform all participants in the procurement process, andpublish notice of the application has been submitted to the Public Procurement Portal, no later than two(2) days of receipt of the request for protection of rights.
The procuring entity shall submit a reply in writing to the interested party within 3(three) days of the receipt of the request for additional information or clarification of the tender documents, andat the same time publish this information on the Public Procurement Portal and its website.
Contracting authority shall explain in writing its decision to cancel the public procurement procedure, particularly stating the reasons for cancelling the procedure andinstruction on legal remedy and to publish it on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page within three days from the day of rendering such a decision.
Contracting authority shall exclude a candidate from the list of candidates if he ceases to meet the requirement for qualification recognition, whereof it shall adopt a decision that contains in its reasoning the reasons for exclusion of the candidate andwhich it delivers to all candidates within three days from the day of its adoption and publishes it on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page.
Ordering party shall, within 3(three) days from the day of the request receipt for additional information or clarifications of the tender documentation,publish an answer on the Public Procurement Portal and on its website.
Within 3(three) daysafter the reception of a request for additional information or explanations related to tender documents,the Procuring Entity shall publish its response on the Public Procurement Portal and on its webpage.
Ordering party shall, within 3(three) days from the day of the request receipt for additional information orclarifications of the tender documentation, publish an answer on the Public Procurement Portal and on its website.
Within 3(three) daysafter the receipt of a request for additional information or explanations related to the tender documentation, the Procuring Entity shall send to the interested party a written answer by mail and,at the same time, publish that information on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page.
After making the decision to award the contract, conclude a framework agreement, or suspend the procedure, as well as after making the decision on contract award based on the framework agreement,the deadline for the submission of the request for the protection of rights is five days from publishing of the decision on the Public Procurement Portal and the website of the contracting authority, link- Tenders.
