Наручилац ће у року од 3( три) дана од дана пријема захтева за додатним информацијама или појашњењима конкурсне документације, одговор објавити на Порталу јавних набавки и на својој интернет страници.

On the request for the protection of the procuring entity shall inform all participants in the procurement process, and publish notice of the application has been submitted to the Public Procurement Portal, no later than two(2) days of receipt of the request for protection of rights.
О поднетом захтеву за заштиту права наручилац обавештава све учеснике у поступку јавне набавке, односно објављује обавештење о поднетом захтеву на Порталу јавних набавки, најкасније у року од 2( два) дана од дана пријема захтева за заштиту права.

The procuring entity shall submit a reply in writing to the interested party within 3(three) days of the receipt of the request for additional information or clarification of the tender documents, and at the same time publish this information on the Public Procurement Portal and its website.

Zakon nalaže da je naručilac„ dužan da odluku o obustavi postupka javne nabavke pismeno obrazloži, posebno navodeći razloge obustave postupka i uputstvo o pravnom sredstvu i da je objavi na Portalu javnih nabavki i na svojoj internet stranici u roku od tri dana od donošenja odluke.

Contracting authority shall exclude a candidate from the list of candidates if he ceases to meet the requirement for qualification recognition, whereof it shall adopt a decision that contains in its reasoning the reasons for exclusion of the candidate and which it delivers to all candidates within three days from the day of its adoption and publishes it on the Public Procurement Portal and on its web page.

После доношења одлуке о додели уговора, одлуке о закључењу оквирног споразума, или одлуке о обустави поступка, као и доношења одлуке о додели уговора на основу оквирног споразума, рок за подношење захтева за заштиту права је пет дана од дана објављивања одлуке на Порталу јавних набавки и интернет страници Наручиоца линк- тендери.
