Ocenjujući da je višegodišnji ignorantski odnose nadležnih prema pitanjima u vezi sa video nadzorom ozbiljan izvor ugrožavanja i kršenja ljudskih prava poverenik Rodoljub Šabić je izjavio i sledeće:" Shodno Ustavu video nadzor bi morao biti uređen zakonom.

Петак, 11 новембар 2011 12: 03 Повереник за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности примио је данас амбасадора Димитриса Кипреоса, шефа мисије ОЕБС-а и Београду и разговарао са њим о даљој сарадњи ове међународне организације и институције Повереника за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности. С тим у вези повереник Родољуб Шабић је изјавио и следеће.

Program obuke obuhvatio je više desetina novinara iz preko trideset redakcija štampanih i elektronskih medija. Tim povodom Poverenik za informacije Rodoljub Šabić izjavio je sledeće:" Novinari i mediji mogu i treba da daju veliki doprinos primeni Zakona o slobodnom pristupu informacijama od javnog značaja.

In the Commissioner's opinion the adoption of the Bill could create possibilities for the violation of privacy and misuse of personal data. По оцени Повереника усвајање Предлога би могло широм отворити врата могућим повредама приватности и злоупотребама података о личности. С тим у вези Повереник Родољуб Шабић је изјавио и следеће:" Устав Србије у члану 42. изричито утврђује да се прикупљање, држање, обрада и коришћење података о личности уређује законом.

Onthisoccasion, theCommissioner, Rodoljub Sabic has made the following statement:"In the last four years, the new state organ, with me as its head, has faced a large and ever-growing caseload in the field of public rights protection.
Tim povodom Poverenik Rodoljub Šabić dao je izjavu sledeće sadržine:" U protekle četiri godine, novi državni organ na čijem sam čelu bio je suočen sa velikim i konstantno rastućim obimom posla na planu zaštite prava javnosti.

The one who does so, plays with not only the specific law, but with the principle of legacy and with the authority of the National Assembly". By underlining the most negative examples from the last year, Sabic has informed the National Assembly about the case of"Jat Airways", that has, despite of the Decision of the Commissioner, refused to deliver to"Glas javnosti" newspaper the Contract with"Airbus".
Onaj ko to čini, poigrava se ne samo konkretnim zakonom nego principom zakonitosti i autoritetom Narodne skupštine". Apostrofirajući najnegativnije primere iz prošle godine, Šabić je Narodnu skupštinu obavestio i o slučaju" Jat ervejza", koji je, uprkos rešenju poverenika, odbio da Glasu javnosti dostavi ugovor sa" Erbasom".

In this regard the Commissioner, Rodoljub Sabic, has said the following:''Pursuant to the Constitution, the derogation from the confidentiality of communication, which is guaranteed under the Constitution, shall be allowed only based on the decision of the court and solely for two reasons- to conduct criminal proceedings or to protect the safety of the Republic of Serbia.
S tim u vezi poverenik Rodoljub Šabić je izjavio i sledeće:" Od Ustavom zajamčene tajnosti komunikacije shodno samom Ustavu može se odstupiti isključivo na osnovu odluke suda i samo iz dva razloga- radi vođenja krivičnog postupka i radi bezbednosti Republike Srbije.

Evaluating that the analysis of the Law compiled by the group of Slovenian experts can represent a very useful contribution to the qualitative implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information, the Commissioner Rodoljub Sabic has pointed out: The analysis has confirmed the marks I as a Commissioner for Information have presented to the public regarding implementation of the Law that has been submitted to the National Assembly.

Тим поводом Повереник Родољуб Шабић је изјавио:" Генерално, не можемо бити задовољни нивоом спремности кадрова у органима власти за примену Закона о слободном приступу информацијама.

Commissioner Rodoljub Sabic has, among other things, stated the following:"The basic, although not in itself a sufficient premise for human rights to be exercised here in the way they are exercised in the developed democratic society remains the harmonization of our legislation with the European one, i.e. acceptance of affirmed legal standards of the democratic society. Tardiness in the harmonizing process of our legislation has negative consequences on the level and modality of exercising of human rights.
Повереник Родољуб Шабић је, поред осталог, изјавио:" Основна, мада наравно не и сама по себи довољна, претпоставка за то да људска права код нас буду остваривана онако како се остварују у развијеном демократском свету је усклађивање нашег законодавства са европским, односно прихватање у демократском свету афирмисаних правних стандарда. Доцња у процесу усклађивања нашег законодавства неминовно има негативне последице за ниво и начин остваривања људских права.

Tim povodom Poverenik Rodoljub Šabić je izjavio:" Generalno, ne možemo biti zadovoljni nivoom spremnosti kadrova u organima vlasti za primenu Zakona o slobodnom pristupu informacijama.

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance Rodoljub Sabic has said that, in the first seven months of 2010, a total of 1686 cases of complaints for denying access to information of public importance were registered. For comparison, in 2009 as a whole, there were 1865 such cases and 1517 the year before.
Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja, Rodoljub Šabić, izjavio je da je za prvih sedam meseci 2010. godine registrovano 1. 686 predmeta po žalbama zbog nepoštovanja prava na slobodan pristup informacijama od javnog značaja, dok je za celu 2009. godinu bilo PRAVNI MONITORING MEDIJSKE SCENE U SRBIJI- Izveštaj za avgust 2010 registrovano 1. 865, a za godinu pre nje 1. 517 predmeta.
