Član 29 Ako Narodna banka Srbije da saglasnost za sprovođenje postupka dobrovoljne likvidacije nad društvom za osiguranje, taj postupak se sprovodi u skladu sa zakonom kojim se uređuju privredna društva.

Article 25 If the National Bank of Serbia gives consent for the conduct of voluntary liquidation proceedings over an insurance company, these proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the law regulating business entities.
