All the contracting parties have agreed to those derogations.

Those derogations should in particular apply to data transfers required and necessary for important reasons of public interest, for example in cases of international data exchange between competition authorities, tax or customs administrations, between financial supervisory authorities, between services competent for social security matters, or for public health, for example in the case of contact tracing for contagious diseases or in order to reduce and/or eliminate doping in sport.
Subject to the specific prohibitions provided for in the Directive, Member States may make admission to official listing subject to more stringent oradditional conditions, provided that those conditions apply generally derogations from those more stringent and/or additional conditions are permitted subject to the same condition of general application.
I cannot see any need for other derogations besides those specified in the two amendments just mentioned.
