وفي ختام بيانه ذكر أن السودان لاحظ مع القلق الزيادة في الهجمات على كرامة وحقوق الأطفال في الأراضي المحتلة وأعرب عن الجزع تجاه الجرائم التي تُرتكب ضد الأطفال في المناطق التي تعاني من النزاعات المسلحة ومن الجوع، وهي جرائم كثيرا ما تُرتكب بدعوى الإنسانية والأعمال الخيرية، كما في حالة الأطفال الذين من دارفور في شرق تشاد
