The revised draft guidance is set out in document UNEP/POPS/POPRC.9/INF/15;
The chair of the intersessional working group on climate change andpersistent organic pollutants will be invited to present the revised draft guidance.

Taking into account thecomments received, the coordinators revised for the second time the drafts of their sections and submitted the revisions to the Secretariat, who hired a technical editor to work on the revised texts and compiled all the sections into one full revised draft guidance document which was made available at the beginning of October on time for the second meeting of the Expert Group.
The Committee also requested theSecretariat to prepare by 31 March 2014 revised draft guidance on the implementation of the illegal traffic take-back provision, reflecting the outcome of the discussions at the tenth meeting of the Committee together with further comments received from Committee members, parties and others, for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting and the Committee at its eleventh meeting(see UNEP/CHW/CC.10/14).
Taking into accounts the submissions received, intersessional working group coordinators within the Expert Group provided revised guidance on source categories and cross cutting issues draft sections of the guidelines and guidance to the Secretariat by 13 April 2006,who distributed the revised draft guidance to members of the Expert Group and others, for comments by 30 May 2006.
It was in response to that invitation that 15 Governments and one non-governmental organizationhad submitted comments to the Secretariat, which in turn had then prepared revised draft guidance that took into account those comments and circulated the revised draft again for further comments. The two Secretariats had found it a challenge to revise the draft a second time in the light of the fact that the comments received focused largely on the issue of eligibility.
The recommendation is to be forwarded to the Conference of the Parties andbe accompanied by a revised draft decision guidance document.
