The representative of the Secretariat reported that the Conference of the Parties to the BaselConvention at its eleventh meeting had adopted the revised form, subject to confirmation from the contact group on synergies and budget matters that there were sufficient funds in the budget to implement the decision or that it would have no budgetary implications.
