The equivalent provisions are now in Article 226 of Directive 2006/112.
However, some provisions of the IAL are different from the equivalent provisions of the Model Law.
This replicates equivalent provisions in Directives 2000/43/EC, 2000/78/EC and 2002/113/EC.
Referred to in Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 of the Agreement and the equivalent provisions of its Sectoral Annexes.
