The Council encourages the Special Envoy, in coordination with and with appropriate support from the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, to continue to lead, coordinate and assess the implementation of national andregional commitments under the PSC Framework, including through the development of benchmarks and appropriate follow-up measures to be presented for adoption at the next meeting of the 11 plus 4 Regional Oversight Mechanism on the margins of the General Assembly of the United Nations in September 2013.
