Based on its assessment of the programme and the Commission forecast, pursuant to Council Regulation(EC) No 1466/97, the Council is of the opinion that additional efforts, in 2014 and thereafter, are required in order to ensure full compliance with the Excessive Deficit Procedure recommendation,including the required structural effort.
