انہوں نے کہاکہ''ہمیں اس بات کو تسلیم کرنا چاہئے کہ بہت سارے ممالک جو خود کو اسلامی کہتے ہیں وہ بدعنوان اور غیر ترقی یافتہ ہیں اور یہ وہ حقیقت میں''اسلامی‘‘ نہیں ہیں چاہئے کسی بھی پس منظر میں ان کاجائزہ لیں‘‘
