In accordance with annex 7, article 8 of the Convention, the Administrative Committee will adopt the report of its third session on the basis of a draft prepared by the UN/ECE secretariat.
It is expected that the Administrative Committee will adopt the report of its first session on the basis of a draft prepared by the secretariats, either at the end of the session or by correspondence afterwards.
Work on phase II of the revision process, which has been undertaken also through a Group of Experts established by the Committee, is at a very advanced stage andit is expected that the TIR Administrative Committee will adopt a comprehensive package of amendment proposals during its session on 24 and 25 February 2000.
In accordance with Annex 8, Article 7 of the Convention, the Administrative Committee will adopt the report on its forty-fifth session on the basis of a draft prepared by the UNECE secretariat.
ADOPTION OF THE REPORT In accordance with Article 19, paragraph 11 of the Convention, the Administrative Committee will adopt the report of its first session on the basis of a draft prepared by the UN/ECE secretariat.
Item 10 Adoption of the report/ In accordance with Annex 8, Article 7 of the Convention, the Administrative Committee will adopt the report on its forty-sixth session on the basis of a draft prepared by the UNECE secretariat.
ADOPTION OF THE REPORT In accordance with Annex 8, Article 7 of the Convention, the Administrative Committee will adopt the report on its thirty-third session on the basis of a draft prepared by the UNECE secretariat.
The Annex[1,3] will contain the version to be adopted by the Administrative Committee[at the time of the entry into force/not later than 1 month after the entry into force] of the Agreement.
The proposal of an amendment adopted by the Administrative Committee will be submitted, by the Secretariat of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations, to the Secretary General who will notify all Contracting Parties to this Agreement.
The ADN Administrative Committee will meet on 27 January 2012(see agenda ECE/ADN/16 and Add.1), mainly for adopting all draft amendments prepared by the Safety Committee in 2011 and January 2012, i.e. the set of amendments that should enter into force on 1 January 2013 and that would ensure harmonization of ADN with ADR and RID.
The ADN Administrative Committee will meet again on 28 and 29 January 2010(see agenda ECE/ADN/7), mainly for adopting all draft amendments prepared by the Safety Committee in 2009 and January 2010, i.e. the set of amendments that should enter into force on 1 January 2011 and that would ensure harmonization of ADN with ADR and RID.
Any proposals for additional amendments andcorrections to ECE/ADN/27 resulting from the present session and adopted by the ADN Administrative Committee for entry into force on 1 January 2015 will be presented in documents ECE/ADN/27/Add.1 and ECE/ADN/27/Corr.1.
Amendments adopted in 2007 and 2008 will be submitted to the ADN Administrative Committee as soon as the ADN enters into force.
The Working Party was informed by the secretariat that,concerning the amendment to Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Convention adopted by the TIR Administrative Committee on 26 October 2003, contained in Depositary Notification C.N.623.2003. TREATIES-1, the deadline for objections will expire on 19 June 2004.
Draft Rule No. 1 had been proposed, andendorsed by the ECE Regional Conference on Transport and the Environment. The Administrative Committee of the Agreement at its first session adopted it on 8 March 2001, and it will be annexed to the Agreement, following the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 of the Agreement.
It adopted, amended and restructured Regulations annexed to the ADN, which will be submitted to the ADN Administrative Committee as soon as the ADN enters into force.
The Administrative Committee endorsed the comments to the provisions of the Convention that had been prepared and adopted by the UNECE Working Party(WP.30) at its one-hundredth session as contained in annex 3 to this report will be added later to the final report.

The Committee noted with appreciation that a comprehensive package of amendments to the TIR Convention, adopted by the TIR Administrative Committee in 1997 under phase I of the TIR revision process, will come into force on 17 February 1999(Depositary Notification C.N.800.1998. TREATIES-2) providing for(a) controlled access to the TIR procedure;(b) transparency of the international guarantee system;(c) implementation of an international EDI control system for TIR Carnets; and(d) the establishment of a TIR Executive Board TIRExB.
