Supporting efforts to achieve the internationally shared global objectives on forests, including: reversal of loss of forest cover; enhancement of forest-based economic, social and environment benefits; significant increase of the area of sustainably managed forests; and reversal of the decline in official development assistance for sustainable forest management, in particular through effective implementation of a non-legally binding instrument on all types of forests;
