If adopted, this amendment proposal would allow the use of the TIR procedure in a single country, on the condition that the country finds this opportune and enacts the necessary national legislation for it.
Papua New Guinea would like to emphasize at this stage that this amendment proposal is without prejudice to the position of Papua New Guinea in the negotiations.

The European Union would like to emphasise at this stage that this amendment proposal is without prejudice to the position of the European Union in the negotiations.
