When a Member State receives information from a third country ora regional fisheries management organisation which is relevant for the effective application of this Regulation, it shall communicate that information to the other Member States concerned and to the Commission or the body designated by it, provided that it is permitted to do so under bilateral agreements with that third country or the rules of the regional fisheries management organisation concerned.
