(29) In order to supplement or amend Directive 2008/98/EC, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty should be delegated to the Commission in respect of.

(10) In order to supplement oramend certain non-essential elements of this Regulation, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty should be delegated to the Commission.
The power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of adding new micro-organisms to that exhaustive list on the same basis.
In order to amend the list of thematic categories of high-valuedatasets by adding further thematic categories, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission.

(75a) In order to supplement certain non-essential elements of this Regulation, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the adoption of work programme(s).
Consequently, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission for updating elements of the Annexes of this Regulation which include details of the areas of cooperation under geographic and thematic programmes and indicative financial allocations per geographic area and area of cooperation.
Finally, in order to ensure clarity of this legislative act, your Rapporteur proposes modifications to the definitionsused for its purpose, as well as to the empowerments that should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the adoption of delegated acts.
In order to specify the requirements set out in this Directive, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of clarifying the definitions and the terminology used in this Directive, expanding the list of activities subject to mutual recognition and improving the exchange of information concerning branches of credit institutions.
(21) In order to provide for the possibility of revising the amount of the visa fees set out in this Regulation,the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union(TFEU) should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending this Regulation as regards the amount of the visa fees.
(25) The power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of specifying the conditions under which commercial terms relating to the provision of clearing services are considered to be fair, reasonable, transparent and non-discriminatory, and in respect of the extension of the period in which the clearing obligation should not apply to PSAs.
(46) In order to enable a timely update of this Regulation to the developments at the national level, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the European Commission in respect of amending the Annexes to this Regulation and Regulation(EC) No 987/2009.
(86)In order to amend certain non-essential elements of this Regulation, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the Member States' allocations for types of interventions in the form of direct payments and rules on the content of the CAP Strategic Plan.
In order to ensure the minimum degree of harmonisation required for effective market functioning,the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of non-essential elements of certain specific areas which are fundamental for market integration.
In order to provide the minimum degree of harmonisation required to achieve the aim of this Directive,the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission to establish rules on the extent of the duties of the regulatory authorities to cooperate with each other and with ACER and setting out the details of the procedure for compliance with the network codes and guidelines.
