Начин достављања извештаја за статистичке потребе Члан 8. Извештаје за статистичке потребе обвезници уносе у Посебни информациони систем идостављају Агенцији у складу са чланом 6. овог правилника.Article 1 This Rulebook prescribes conditions referred to in Article 288 of the Energy Law(hereafter: Law), the content of exemption application and content of exemption act in more detail.
Члан 1. Овим правилником ближе се прописују услови из члана 288. Даном ступања на снагу овог правилника престаје да важи By way of exception, if the Reporting Entity fails to deliver the reports for statistical purposes through the Special Information System, and instead delivers these in paper format,the Registrar shall inform the Reporting Entity that the statements were not delivered in the format prescribed by the Law and this Rulebook in a written notice which shall be delivered to the Reporting Entity by post to its registered address.

Члан 2. Овај Правилник је замењен Within the meaning of this Rulebook, the insurance contract obliges the policyholder- public enforcement officer in case of Article 2 individual insurance, and/or the Chamber of Public Enforcement Officers(hereinafter: Chamber) in case of collective insurance, to pay the specified amount(insurance premium) to the insurance undertaking, and the insurance undertaking shall in turn, if the insured event arises, pay damage compensation to the damaged other party, up to the amount of insurance agreed for the individual insured event.
Уговором о осигурању, у смислу овог правилника, обавезује се уговарач осигурања- јавни извршитељ код индивидуалног осигурања, односно Комора јавних извршитеља( у даљем тексту: Комора) код колективног осигурања, да плати друштву за члан 2. осигурање одређени износ( премија осигурања), а друштво за осигурање се заузврат обавезује да, ако наступи догађај који представља осигурани случај, исплати оштећеном другом лицу накнаду штете, највише до суме осигурања која је уговорена за поједини осигурани случај.
