Od autorskih, prva dva govore o različitim vidovima povreda slobode izražavanja i Journalists(and often cameramen with them) were the targets of threats, pressures and physical attacks,so the authors of the Report dealt with cases for each of these types of violations of freedom of expression, indicating that this practice had continued, primarily due to the absence or inadequate reactions of the competent authorities.

VreĎanje i izbacivanje iz zgrade fakulteta, novinara i fotoreportera koji su izveštavalio studentskoj blokadi fakulteta, kao nesumnjivo dogaĎaj o kome je javnost imala opravdani interes da zna, predstavlja ozbiljnu i nedopustivu povredu slobode izraţavanja.Moreover, sports facilities, including the stadium where FC Vojvodina plays its matches, are public infrastructure within the meaning of Article 17 of the Anti-Discrimination Law and hence the prohibition to Miroslav Gajinov to access such a facility and attend a football match, even as a common supporter with the proper ticket,amounts not only to a violation of freedom of expression, but also represents a clear case of discrimination publishable under anti-discrimination regulations.
TakoĎe, sportski objekti, pa i stadion na kome svoje utakmice igra FK Vojvodina, jesu objekti u javnoj upotrebi u smislu člana 17. Zakona o zabrani diskriminacije, te je zabrana Miroslavu Gajinovu da takvom objektu i fudbalskoj utakmici koja se na njemu održava pristupi čak iu svojstvu navijača sa kupljenom kartom, ne samo povreda prava na slobodu izražavanja, već i očigledna i nesumnjiva diskriminacija kažnjiva po osnovu anti-diskriminacionih propisa.Its implementation is still pending, whereas long-standing problems in the media sector were still present in this period. Physical attacks on journalists, threats and a request for disclosure of sources of information, stoning of media premises and destroying of vehicles, indictment without investigation,endless court proceedings in cases in which journalists were exposed to attacks- these were just some of the examples of violation of freedom of expression, dealt by the authors of the Report.
Njena implementacija tek predstoji, a već dugo prisutni problemi u medijskom sektoru, postojali su i u ovom periodu. Fizički napadi na novinare, pretnje i zahtev za otkrivanje izvora informacije, kamenovanje studija, uništavanje vozila, podizanje optužnica bez istrage,beskrajni sudski postupci u slučajevima u kojima su novinari bili izloženi napadima, odabrani su primeri ugrožavanja slobode izražavanja, kojima se bave autori Izveštaja.The authors of the Report also dealt with the return of hate speech in media, through the case of the representative of the civil society Aida Corovic, who was, because of her article published in"Danas" exposed in the said daily to one of the most dishonorable personal attacks known to the Serbian media scene in recent times, which, at the same time,is symbolizing a very drastic example of violation of freedom of expression.
Autori Izveštaja se ovde takođe bave i povratkom govora mržnje u medije, kroz slučaj Aide Ćorović, predstavnice civilnog sektora, koja je povodom svog teksta u" Danasu", u tom istom listu bila izložena jednom od najnižih ličnih napada na srpskoj medijskoj sceni u poslednje vreme,koji istovremeno predstavlja i krajnje drastičan primer ugrožavanja slobode izražavanja.Slow pace of work and confusing procedures of both executive and judicial authorities,who showed their reluctance to adequately punish any violation of freedom of expression and freedom of media, have resulted in an increase in the number of such cases, as well as growing self-censorship in the media. The segment of the Report on the implementation of existing laws specifically deals with the Law on Public Information and the Law on Local Self-Government.
