( Dnevnik, 11. 11. 2012) Srpska medijska scena je kontrolisani haos, stvaraju se ekonomski slabi mediji, a oni se zatim lako kontrolišu, smatra predsednik NUNS-a Vukašin Obradović.
(Dnevnik, 11.11.2012) The Serbian media scene is in a state of controlled chaos- financially weak media is being created and then easily controlled, says the president of the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia(NUNS), Vukasin Obradovic.

Kakav god stav imali o preporukama koje Studija sadrži, nesporno je da ona predstavlja početak javne debate. A odsustvo javne debate i arbitrarne odluke donesene bez konsultacija sa medijima, medijskim i novinarskim udruženjima, bile su ključne odlike vremena u kome je srpska medijska scena dovedena u nezavidnu poziciju u kojoj se danas nalazi.
Regardless of the view one might have about the recommendations of the Study, it is undisputable that with it a public debate was started, and it was the absence of public debate and arbitrary decisions made without consultations with media, media and journalists' associations, were the key elements of the times when Serbian media scene ended up in this unenviable position it is faced with at the moment.

Profesor Fakulteta političkih nauka Zoran Stoiljković kaže:" srpska medijska scena opterećena je teškom ekonomskom situacijom što koriste oglašivači koji indirektnim ucenama diktiraju uređivačku politiku.

It is also obvious that the lack of responsible public media policy is the cause of the poor state of the media and it is therefore necessary for the media sector to properly use the opportunity to finally provide, through work on the Media Strategy, the Serbian media scene with a good public media policy fitting to social needs and technological changes.

All the above shows that the Serbian media scene, in spite of some positive changes and unquestionable reform efforts, still faces a series of problems.
