Kalyan Jain(born 6 February 1934 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh) was a member of the 6th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Indore constituency of Madhya Pradesh and is a member of the Janata Party.He was also member of Samyukta Socialist Party, Socialist Party and Bharatiya Lok Dal.[1][2][3].

The significance of the Dal in the Civil Disobedience Movement can be gauged from the fact that in 1934, when the Movement came to an end and the colonial authorities lifted the ban on the Congress and its organisations, they continued to proscribe the Dal.[6] The Seva Dal became the central volunteer organisation of the Congress and focused attention on imparting its volunteers physical training and worked towards promoting communal amity.[3].
