The Commission recognized the effective inter-agency cooperation in the implementation of the Regional Action Programme for the Decade, and reiterated its support for the continuation of inter-agency cooperation and coordination through the Subcommittee on Infrastructure Development of the Regional Inter-agency Committee for Asia and the Pacific( RICAP) for the implementation of the New Delhi Action Plan.
