Quater. When accounting for forest management, Annex I Parties shall ensureunbiased accounting by ensuring methodological consistency between the reference level and reporting for forest management during the second commitment period, including consistency in the area accounted for under forest management[and the treatment of harvested wood products][and disturbances in the context of force majeure] in the reference level and the commitment period.
