Set of policy measures aiming at reducing school  drop-outs by favouring the offer of diversified training and facilitating the transition from school to active life through qualifying education.
Numerous studies have highlighted the quality of this"dual vocational training" system andthey ascribe to it a vital role in easing the transition from school to work and in reducing the disparity between the youth and general unemployment rates.
