Measures necessary for the implementation of the Framework, Access and Authorisation Directives should be adopted in accordance with Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission30.
Where usage fees for rights of use of radio frequencies or numbers issued under a common selection procedure are imposed on undertakings inaccordance with Article 6b of Directive 2002/20/EC(Authorisation Directive), the Authority shall be responsible for collecting and redistributing such usage fees.
