In case of SZÉP Card payment,the hotel may ask for a full advance payment of the ordered services and the identification of the card holder.
If the Beneficiary fails to meet the set payment deadline, the confirmation of the order(reservation) is canceled automatically on the day following the due date andthe Provider has the right to use the ordered services without notice to the Beneficiary.
The Provider undertakes to remedy the defects on itsside if it makes it impossible for the Customer to use the ordered services, unless objectively justified by this.
