(3) If the procedure referred to in Subsection(1) is unsuccessful, the acting authority shall be designated by the following body.

Where the application referred to in subsection 1 is made by the debtor, the court shall not order rectification without first having given the creditor and the debtor the opportunity to make their views known.
For substances and mixtures designed for specific end use(s),recommendations shall relate to the identified use(s) referred to in subsection 1.2 and be detailed and operational.

(4) The period of validity of the interimpermanent residence permit of a family member referred to in Subsection(2) shall correspond to the duration of the third-country national's interim permanent residence permit.
(4) The obligation referred to in subsection 1 of this section applies to the agreements of the armed forces only to the extent that is compatible the nature and primary aim of the activities of the armed forces.

(4) If, within ninety days of the operative date of the court ruling referred to in Subsection(3), the dominant member and the controlled company(companies) enter into a control contract drafted in compliance with the court ruling, the court of registry shall register the recognized group in the register of companies.
