Calculation methodologies;
For this purpose Member States should be allowed to use calculation methodologies established under Directive 2010/31/EU.
The calculation methodologies should consist of a standard methodology and a mass-balance methodology. .
This level is moreappropriate given the highly technical content(calculation methodologies, overviews of data, etc.) of the decision(Article 175).

(8)The Commission should be empowered to adopt draft regulatory technical standards, developed by ESMA, with regard to the specification of information on fees orcharges or, where applicable, relevant calculation methodologies for those fees or charges, levied by the competent authorities.
(9)The Commission should be empowered to adopt implementing technical standards, developed by ESMA, with regard to the standard forms, templates and procedures for notifications by competent authorities of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions and their summaries on marketing requirements applicable in their territories, the levels of fees or charges levied by them, and, where applicable,relevant calculation methodologies.
PO: Please insert date 6 months after the date of entry into force of this amending Regulation, competent authorities shall publish and maintain up-to-date information on their websites▌listing the feesor charges referred to in Article 6(1), or, where applicable, the calculation methodologies for those fees or charges, in at least a language customary in the sphere of international finance.
