Implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of financial transaction tax(vote).

Having regard to the Council's conclusions of 3 December 2015 and the requests of the Member States wishing to establish enhanced cooperation between themselves in this area,the measures implementing enhanced cooperation should include the following elements.

(SV) When the European Parliamentvoted today on the proposal for a Council regulation implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the law applicable to divorce and legal separation, I chose to abstain from the vote.
