میں کیا غلط کر رہا ہوں؟ اڑ!

He said,“Stop him from doing wrong to others, that is how you will help him.”.
آپؐ نے ارشاد فرمایا:''تم اُسے ظلم کرنے سے روکو، یہی اس کی مدد ہے۔''14

Verily we have been doing wrong!
ہم تو انساں تھے خطا کرتے تھے

Neither he who, after doing wrong, does good instead of evil, for surely I am Forgiving, Merciful”(27.11).
مگر جس نے ظلم کیا پھر برائی کے بعد(اسے) نیکی سے بدل دیا تو بیشک میں بڑا بخشنے والا نہایت مہربان ہوں،(11

اور انہوں نے ہم پر ظلم نہیں کیا، البتہ وہ خود اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کرتے تھے

He said:“Prevent him from doing wrong: that is how you support him.”.
آپؐ نے ارشاد فرمایا:''تم اُسے ظلم کرنے سے روکو، یہی اس کی مدد ہے۔''14

Hud-102: Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the towns while they are doing wrong.
اور ایسی ہے پکڑ تیرے رب کی، جب پکڑتا ہے بستیوں کو، اور وہ ظلم کر رہتے ہیں

And this Day it is not profitable for you(to have this aspiration), whereas you kept doing wrong(all your life. Today) all of you will share the torment.
اور آج کے دن تمہیں(یہ آرزو کرنا) سود مند نہیں ہوگا جبکہ تم(عمر بھر) ظلم کرتے رہے،(آج) تم سب عذاب میں شریک ہوo

Certainly there had come to them an apostle from among themselves, but they impugned him. So the punishment seized them while they were doing wrong.
اور یقینا ان کے پاس رسول آیا تو انہوں نے اس کی تکذیب کردی تو پھر ان تک عذاب آپہنچا کہ یہ سب ظلم کرنے والے تھے

So how many a town have We destroyed while it was doing wrong, so that it is lying in ruins with its wells abandoned, and empty palaces.
اور کتنی ہی بستیاں ہیں جنہیں ہم نے ہلاک کر دیا جبکہ وہ ظلم کرنے والی تھیں۔ پس اب وہ اپنی چھتوں کے بل گری پڑی ہیں اور کتنے ہی متروک کنوئیں ہیں اور مضبوط بنائے ہوئے محل ہیں(جن سے ایسا ہی سلوک کیا گیا)

Very bad is the example of those who treated Our Revelations as false and they have been doing wrong to their own selves.
بری مثال ہے ان لوگوں کی جنہوں نے ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا اور وہ اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کرتے تھے۔(۱۷۷

For this reason, We made it a law for the children of Israel that the killing of a person for reasons other than legal retaliation or for stopping corruption in the land is as great a sin as murdering all of mankind. However, to save a life would be as great a virtue as to save all of mankind. Our Messengers had come to them with clear authoritative evidence but many of them(Israelites) thereafter started doing wrong in the land.
اس سبب سے ہم نے بنی اسرائیل پر لکھ دیا کہ جس نے کوئی جان قتل کی بغیر جان کے بدلے یا زمین میں فساد کیے تو گویا اس نے سب لوگوں کو قتل کیا اور جس نے ایک جان کو جِلا لیا اس نے گویا سب لوگوں کو جلالیا، اور بیشک ان کے پاس ہمارے رسول روشن دلیلوں کے ساتھ آئے پھر بیشک ان میں بہت اس کے بعد زمین میں زیادتی کرنے والے ہیں

Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the(population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe.
اور ایسی ہی پکڑ ہے تیرے رب کی جب بستیوں کو پکڑتا ہے ان کے ظلم پر، بیشک اس کی پکڑ دردناک کرّ ی ہے

Then We called Moses for an appointment of forty nights. You began to worship the calf in his absence, doing wrong to yourselves.
اور جب ہم نے موسیٰ سے چالیس رات کا وعدہ کیا تو تم نے ان کے پیچھے بچھڑے کو(معبود) مقرر کر لیا اور تم ظلم کر رہے تھے

Even thus is the grasp of thy Lord when He graspeth the townships while they are doing wrong. Lo! His grasp is painful.
اور ایسی ہی پکڑ ہے تیرے رب کی جب بستیوں کو پکڑتا ہے ان کے ظلم پر، بیشک اس کی پکڑ دردناک کرّ ی ہے

Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the(population of) towns while they are doing wrong, Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe.
اور ایسی ہی ہے پکڑ تیرے رب کی جب پکڑتا ہے بستیوں کو اور وہ ظلم کرتے ہوتے ہیں بے شک اس کی پکڑ دردناک ہے شدت(زور) کی

Even thus is the grasp of thy Lord when He graspeth the townships while they are doing wrong. Lo! His grasp is painful, very strong.
اور اسی طرح تمہارے پروردگار کی گرفت ہوتی ہے جب وہ ظلم کرنے والی بستیوں کو اپنی گرفت میں لے لیتا ہے کہ اس کی گرفت بہت ہی سخت اور دردناک ہوتی ہے

Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the(population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe.
اور اسی طرح تمہارے پروردگار کی گرفت ہوتی ہے جب وہ ظلم کرنے والی بستیوں کو اپنی گرفت میں لے لیتا ہے کہ اس کی گرفت بہت ہی سخت اور دردناک ہوتی ہے

Then, when they became heedless of all that they had been reminded of, We saved those who had tried to prevent the evil-doing, and seized the others who had been doing wrong with an evil punishment for their transgressions.
جب انہوں نے ان باتوں کو فراموش کردیا جن کی ان کو نصیحت کی گئی تھی تو جو لوگ برائی سے منع کرتے تھے ان کو ہم نے نجات دی اور جو ظلم کرتے تھے ان کو برے عذاب میں پکڑ لیا کہ نافرمانی کئے جاتے تھے

Anyone who does wrong will pay for it.".
جو بھی کوئی برائی کرے گا اسے اس کی سزا دی جائے گی۔‘

If you did wrong, then, say sorry.
اگر آپ غلطی کریں تو اس سے معذرت کریں

If you did wrong, apologize for it.
اگر آپ غلطی کریں تو اس سے معذرت کریں

Then they will remind you of what you did wrong.
پھر وہ جتائے(بتائے) گا تم کو جو کچھ تم کرتے تھے

My lord, we do wrong to keep our guests standing.
خدایا ہم نے اپنے نفوس پر ظلم کیا

And Allah knows well those that do wrong.
اور اﷲ خوب جانتا ہے بے انصافوں کو

God did not wrong them but they did wrong themselves.
اور اﷲ نے ظلم نہ کیا اُن پر، لیکن اپنا بُرا کرتے رہے

But Allah loveth not those who do wrong.
اللہ ظالموں کوہدایت نہیں دیاکرتا

And Allah loveth not those that do wrong.
اللہ ظالموں کوہدایت نہیں دیاکرتا
