Unfortunately, this map did not yet cover adequately all amendment proposals adopted by the Working Party.
The amendment proposals adopted by the Working Party are reproduced in the annex to this report.
The Working Party will have before it a consolidated document(TRANS/WP.1/2002/23) of the amendment proposals adopted in recent years by the Working Party.
All amendment proposals adopted by the Administrative Committee at its present session are contained in annex 2 to this report.
Therefore, agenda item 5(b) will be considered and amendment proposals adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 of articles 14, 15 and 16 of the AGTC.
The amendment proposals adopted by the Working Party are reproduced in Annex 1 to the report of the thirty-seventh session(TRANS/WP.1/78).
The Working Party may wish to be informed of the status of the amendment proposals adopted at its thirty-eighth session TRANS/WP.24/97, annexes 1 and 2.

On 17 February 1999 the amendment proposals adopted by the TIR Administrative Committee under Phase I of the TIR revision process have come into force.
On 12 February 2001, the Secretary-General of the United Nations hadissued Depositary Notification C.N.36.2001. TREATIES-1 containing all amendment proposals adopted by the TIR Administrative Committee adopted under Phase II of the TIR revision process TRANS/WP.30/AC.2/59, annex 3.
