Decides also that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States,as provided for in paragraph 5 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 146,575 dollars approved for the International Tribunal for 1996;
Decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States,as provided for in paragraphs 8 and 9 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the total estimated staff assessment income of 665,000 dollars approved for the period ending 30 June 1998;
Also decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States,as provided for in paragraph 24 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the amount of 2,305,800 dollars of the estimated staff assessment income approved for the Force;
Decided that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph(b) above,their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 381,100 dollars for the period from 16 December 1993 to 31 March 1994.
Decides also that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X), the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 9 above,shall take into consideration the decrease in their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 1,400 dollars approved for the Observer Mission for the period from 1 to 31 May 1995;
Decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X), the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 18 above,shall take into consideration the decrease in their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 2,176,450 dollars approved for the Force for the period from 1 to 31 March 1994, inclusive;
Decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States,as provided for in paragraphs 14 and 15 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 7,217,700 dollars approved for the Tribunal for 2001.
Further decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States,as provided for in paragraphs 9 and 10 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 10,844,800 dollars approved for the Tribunal for 2014.
Decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against theapportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 11 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated additional staff assessment income of 233,600 dollars approved for the Mission for the period ending 30 June 2000;
Decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973(X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against theapportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 11 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated additional staff assessment income of 625,400 dollars approved for the Missions for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998;
