Extend full cooperation to the mandate of the Special Rapporteur,accepting his requests for visits.
However, his requests for visits to Algeria, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, India, Indonesia, Israel, the Russian Federation, Tunisia and Turkmenistan had not yet been agreed to.
However, the Special Rapporteur regrets that the following States have not answered his requests for visits.
He intends to repeat his requests for visits to these countries in 2015 and hopes that the States in question will give due attention and respond positively.
He would like to thank the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the Republic of Sudan,which have accepted his requests for visits.
The Special Rapporteur would like to thank the Government of the countries that have responded positively to his requests for visits and to urge Governments that have not yet done so to provide a response.
Calls upon States to continue to cooperate fully with and assist the Special Rapporteur in the performance of his mandate, to respond promptly to his urgent appeals and other communications andto consider favourably his requests for visits;
The Special Rapporteur would like to thank the Governments of the countries that have responded positively to his requests for visits and to urge the Governments that have not yet done so to reply to his requests. .
Also welcomes the work of the Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples and the official visits he has made in the past year, takes note with appreciation of his report, andencourages all Governments to respond favourably to his requests for visits;
He likewise looks forward to affirmative replies in response to his requests for visits sent to the Governments of Iran, Kenya, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, so that missions to these countries can be undertaken in the near future.
The Representative notes with appreciation that the vast majority of States have heeded the call of the Human Rights Council andthe General Assembly to respond favourably to his requests for visits and information.
Encourages all Governments, in particular Governments of countries with situations of internal displacement, to facilitate the activities of the Representative of the SecretaryGeneral andto respond favourably to his requests for visits as well as for information, and urges Governments as well as the relevant parts of the United Nations system, also at the country level, to follow up effectively on the recommendations of the Representative of the SecretaryGeneral and to make available information on measures taken in this regard;
Appeals to all States to cooperate fully with and assist the Special Rapporteur in the performance of his tasks,to provide all necessary information requested by him and to consider favourably his requests for visits and for implementing his recommendations;
