Article 10 says that the General Assembly may discuss any questions related to international peace and security except, of course, for issues that fall under Article 12, but do we really do that?
It therefore once again reaffirmed the role and authority of the Assembly,including in questions related to international peace and security, emphasizing its intergovernmental, inclusive and democratic character.
