The Italian Co-Chair of the Expert Group on Techno-economic Issues reported on the results of the work carried out by the ad hoc group of experts working in parallel to the Working Group session on the draft revised technical annexes to the Gothenburg Protocol.

The Task Force agreed to prepare the draft revised technical annex IX as a separate document(ECE/EB. AIR/WG.5/2010/5) and to explain the rationale underlying the different proposed abatement options in this report.
