In that regard, in the present case it is for the Court to provide the national court with all the necessary guidance concerning the content of Article 19 of the EEO Regulation and the requirements laid down therein, whereas it is for the national court to draw the conclusions from the interpretation which it has requested and to determine whether ornot the national legislation complies with the minimum procedural standards established in the aforementioned Article 19.
