Evidence of likelihood of recurrence of dumping.
In accordance with Article 11(2)of the basic Regulation, it was examined whether the expiry of the existing measures would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping.
On this basis the Commission examined whether,despite the conclusions on the likelihood of recurrence of dumping and injury, compelling reasons existed which would lead to the conclusion that it was not in the Union interest to maintain the existing measures.
Conclusion on the likelihood of continuation or recurrence of dumping.
In accordance with Article 11(2) of the basic Regulation, it was examined whether dumping was taking place andwhether the expiry of existing measures would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping.
